About this movement
This prone extension drill is intended to explore upper-back extension. Keep the movement deliberate and avoid using the low back as the only source of motion.

Common questions
How is this different from a lumbar press-up?
The intent is to emphasize upper-back extension rather than maximizing low-back extension.
Should I feel a strong stretch?
