ART is a soft tissue therapy that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.
Dr. Brian has a masters in sports rehabilitation and takes a full biomechanical, sport or activity-dependent approach to your rehabilitation.
A chiropractic adjustment is a very specific manipulation where a controlled force is applied into a joint that is restricted in movement to restore the movement and function of that joint.
We offer a comprehensive running analysis with slow motion video from multiple angles. Dr. Brian has been coaching high school track and field/cross country since 2009.

MEET THE DOCTOR
Dr. Brian Damhoff graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2012 with his doctorate of chiropractic and masters in sports rehabilitation. He founded Elite Performance Institute in 2013 and has been actively involved in the Naperville community since then. He currently coaches high school track and field/cross country at Naperville Central High School and has been coaching high school track and field since 2009. He serves as the community coordinator of the Naperville Healthy Kids Running Series, a non-profit community-based running series, which promotes kids being active and moving in a positive manner. He serves as the team chiropractor for Northern Illinois University’s track and field/cross country team. He was a college track and field athlete at Lewis University where he was a long jumper. Dr. Brian enjoys hiking in his free time and is an avid runner.
