Is this just a collection of plantar fasciitis exercises?
No. The exercises are organized into a four-phase progression with symptom-monitoring guidance, A/B training days, progression criteria, return-to-running guidance, maintenance, and a personal progress tracker.
Do I have to stop running completely?
Not automatically. Some people can continue running with temporary changes to volume, hills, speed, or frequency. Others need a period of lower-impact conditioning before rebuilding running in Phase 3. The program helps you use symptom response rather than assuming every runner needs complete rest.
How long does the program take?
There is no single timeline. The phases provide structure, but progression is criteria-based. Long-standing or more irritable symptoms may require more time than a milder presentation.
Do I need special equipment?
No. Much of the program can be completed with basic household equipment such as a backpack, weight, towel, stable support, step, and tennis ball. Optional equipment is discussed inside the Equipment lesson.
Will Elite Performance Institute monitor my progress tracker?
No. The tracker is for your personal self-monitoring. Entries are not routinely reviewed, and saving an entry does not contact Elite Performance Institute or request individualized feedback.
Is Runner Resiliency required?
No. It is an optional supplemental strength module. The plantar fascia, calf, stability, impact, and return-to-running work remain the priority.
What if my symptoms worsen or do not seem like plantar fasciitis?
A self-guided program has limits. Significant trauma, inability to bear weight normally, marked swelling or bruising, neurologic symptoms, rapidly worsening pain, or a substantially different symptom pattern should be evaluated appropriately in person.
Is the purchase refundable?
Self-guided digital program purchases are subject to the Elite Performance Institute Terms of Use and Refund Policy. Please review those policies before purchasing.
