Scapular stability exercises can be done lots of different ones. From a rehab setting, I always think variety is the spice of life. However, these 5 exercises are 5 that I utilize a LOT. Working with a high level volleyball club, we see a lot of shoulder issues and poor scapular stability.

None of these exercises require any special equipment and can easily be done in the comfort of your own home or at the gym.
