Finger Wall Walks
In this video, you will learn how to do the wall walk exercise by Dr. Brian Damhoff.
1. Stand about arm’s length away from a wall and use your fingers to walk up the wall
2. Go as high as what is comfortable for you and then descend back down
Try to let your fingers do most of the work. You can do the exercise facing the wall and you can also do it standing sideways to the wall. When you do it sideways, you may have to adjust your distance from the wall. It is a simple exercise aimed at getting range of motion for the shoulder.
