We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, mailing or billing address, messages you send us, appointment or service inquiries, customer-support communications, and other information you choose to provide.

We and our service providers may automatically receive information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and interactions with the site.

Information associated with actual patient care may also be used as described in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable patient forms.
Section 4
Cookies, Analytics & Embedded Content
Our website may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies. Some are necessary for website security, login sessions, member access, checkout, or other requested functionality. Others may help us understand how visitors use the website and improve performance.
We may use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure website traffic and interactions. Google and similar providers may receive device identifiers, IP-derived information, page activity, and related usage data according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Pages may contain embedded content from third parties, including YouTube videos. When you load or interact with embedded content, the third party may receive information about your device and browsing activity and may place or access cookies or similar technologies.
You can control cookies through your browser and, where available, through website privacy or cookie controls. Blocking certain cookies may affect website functionality. Where applicable law requires consent before non-essential cookies or tracking technologies are used, we intend to honor those requirements through appropriate consent controls.
Section 5
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information to service providers and vendors that help us operate the website or provide requested services, such as website hosting and security providers, WordPress-related services, membership or course software, payment processors, analytics providers, email or communication providers, and other technology vendors.
We may also disclose information when required by law; to respond to lawful legal process; to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of EPI, our users, or others; in connection with a business reorganization or transfer; or with your direction or consent.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not knowingly disclose patient PHI for advertising in a manner prohibited by HIPAA or other applicable law.
Section 6
Payments & Member Accounts
Stripe
We may use Stripe to process online payments, refunds, fraud checks, and related transaction services. Stripe may collect and process transaction data such as your name, contact information, billing information, payment method information, transaction amount, and purchase status under Stripe’s own privacy practices.
MemberPress / WordPress
If we offer protected digital programs or member content, account and access information may be stored within our WordPress website and managed through membership software such as MemberPress. We use this information to authenticate users, control access, and administer purchases and subscriptions.
Section 7
Security & Data Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No website, database, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business and transaction records, complying with legal and tax obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing agreements. Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.
Patient medical records and PHI are retained and handled according to applicable healthcare laws, professional requirements, and our clinical record-retention practices rather than this general website retention statement alone.
Section 8

You can opt out of non-transactional marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email. You may also use browser or website controls to manage cookies where available. These website privacy rights are separate from the rights you may have regarding PHI under our HIPAA Notice.
