On July 25th, 2015, Dr. Damhoff will working with Team Run for HD. He will be attending the Chicagoland Sunset Half Marathon, 10k, & 5k to provide Active Release Technique (ART) for members of Team Run for HD Chicago. HD, or Huntington’s Disease, is a neurodegenerative genetic disorder affecting muscle coordination and leading to mental and cognitive decline. It is a devastating disease and at present, there is no known cure. Team Run for HD Chicago is a group of people running to raise money and awareness for Huntington’s Disease. At present, Team Run for HD is looking for volunteers, runners and they’re accepting donations. If you are able, please help out for this worthy cause.
