FAQ

Do you accept insurance?

We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO. If you have a different form of insurance, we can provide the necessary documentation for you to bill them out-of-network. You are responsible for all treatment charges that are not covered. We do accept HSA/FSA cards.

What if I don’t have insurance?

If you do not have health insurance, or have health insurance but wish to pay out of pocket, our practice offers a time-of-service discount. Our fees are straightforward—we do not hide anything and we do not force lengthy treatment plans. We accept HSA and FSA cards. Please call or text the office to learn specifics concerning our fees: 331-472-4326.

Do you only treat athletes?

No. We see anyone and everyone regardless of whether you are an athlete.

How many visits will it take to fix my issue?

Most issues clear up in about 4–8 visits. Some cases are on the lower end and some are on the higher end.

Do I need a referral?

No—you can call our office to schedule an appointment. A few insurance plans require a referral; we can help you check that.

What is the first visit like?

The first visit takes about 1 hour. We review your new patient information, take a detailed history, and perform an exam. Treatment may include soft tissue work, chiropractic adjustment (as appropriate), and rehab depending on your condition. Home exercises are provided with video guidance.

Do you take x-rays of every patient?

We do not take x-rays in our clinic. If your condition warrants x-rays based on the history and exam, we will refer you out.

Do I have to get adjusted?

No. If you prefer not to be adjusted, we can focus on soft tissue work and rehabilitation.
