Marked swelling or bruising.
An inability to bear weight or walk normally.
Significant numbness, tingling, weakness, or other neurologic symptoms.
Symptoms that seem substantially different from a typical mechanical plantar heel pain pattern.
Consistent participation without an overall trend in the right direction.
Repeated inability to progress despite appropriate exercise and activity adjustments.
