Active Release Techniques
ART is a soft tissue therapy that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.
Dr. Damhoff has a masters in sports rehabilitation and takes a full biomechanical, sport or activity-dependent approach to your rehab.
A chiropractic adjustment is a very specific manipulation where a controlled force is applied into a joint that is restricted in movement to restore the movement and function of that joint.
We offer a comprehensive running analysis with slow motion video from multiple angles. Dr. Damhoff has been coaching high school track and field/cross country since 2009.
