In this video, you will learn how to do a prone snow angel with a Swiss ball.

1. Start in a kneeling or plank position on a Swiss ball
2. Retract your scapulas
3. Raise your arms up and down in a snow angel type motion

Each time you reach the bottom position, you can squeeze a little between the shoulder blades and if you need to, you can reset to make sure you keep your scapulas retracted. As you go, make sure that you don’t let your hands or your elbows drop.
