In this video, you will learn how to do an eccentric bicep curl.

1. Start by using both hands to raise the weight to the top position.
2. Using the dominant hand, lower the weight slowly in a controlled manner.
3. Do the desired amount of repetitions/sets

I like to do this against a wall to avoid any arching of the low back and to keep the shoulder in a good position so that way you can really zone in on the eccentric portion of this exercise without compensating.
