To Perform It:
1. Stand on one leg and then descend backwards until the back leg touches the ground.
2. Use a counterweight
3. Don’t let the lead leg collapse in or out
4. Go as low as what is comfortable
5. Increase the load by wearing a weighted vest or backpack with weight
