In this video, you will learn how to do a single-leg glute bridge by Dr. Brian Damhoff.
1. Start flat on your back with one knee bent and the other leg straight
2. Drive through your heel to raise your hips until your body is in a straight line
3. Once you reach the top, hold that position for 1-2 seconds
4. Then, lower yourself to the starting position
One of the key errors to avoid is arching your back at the top position. The single-leg glute bridge is a great exercise to work the glutes, hamstrings and core!
