In this video, you will learn how to do the reverse clamshell exercises by Dr. Brian Damhoff.

1. Lay on your side with your knees slightly bent
2. While keeping your knee on top of the other one, pivot your foot up towards the sky
3. Place a hand on your glute to make sure you feel it firing there

If you want to make the exercise harder, you can do the same movement with a resistance band or you can also wear a leg weight. Just remember, slight modifications of the exercise can make it better or worse for an individual so use that hand to assess the best position for your legs.
