1. Start with the rear foot elevated on a box or a bench
2. Lower yourself by bending the front leg while keeping your chest tall
3. Once at the bottom, explode into a jump
4. When you return to the ground, you may proceed right into the next jump

You will find this exercise to be tough unloaded but you could increase the difficulty by holding dumbbells or a kettlebell if you want more of a challenge.
