In this video, you will learn how to do the stir the pot core exercise by Dr. Brian Damhoff.

1. Start in a plank position on a Swiss ball with your elbows underneath your shoulders
2. Then you will stir the pot by moving your forearms in circles
3. You can go one direction and then go the opposite direction

You can increase the difficulty of the move by going with your feet narrow or by taking larger circles when you stir the pot. Be certain to follow along the technique and the cues provided in the video to ensure that you are using proper form. Stirring the pot may look easy at first but once you try it, you will realize that it is a very challenging core exercise.
