In this video, you will learn how to do the kettlebell suitcase carry along with variations that progress the exercise by Dr. Brian Damhoff. Variations:

1. Forwards
2. Backwards
3. Forwards Marching
4. Backwards Marching

Make sure you use a heavy kettlebell that is an appropriate weight for you and hold it by your side. Lock in your shoulder, engage your core and begin to walk without leaning to one side or the other. Take small steps and focus on control rather than speed. You can progress to the other variations as you feel like your strength and stability has improved to challenge yourself.
