In this video, you will learn how to do a dumbbell side plank.
1. Start on your side with your body in a straight line
2. Raise up your hips to the top position while holding a weight with the top arm
As you hold, make sure that your hips do not begin to sag. A cue I find useful is to think about bracing your core as you hold the side plank as if someone was going to punch you in the side.
