In this video, you will learn how to do the dead bug Swiss ball resist variation by Dr. Brian Damhoff. You will need a partner and a Swiss ball to perform the exercise then:
1. Lay flat on your back with your legs at 90 degrees and a Swiss ball between your legs and arms
2. Apply pressure to ball
3. Resist the motion of the ball as your partner tries to move the ball
An important key is to remember to breathe because as you get going, you will really feel that core kicking in. If you start to get a little out of control, the person trying to move you may need to pause so you can reset.
