In this video, you will learn how to do a dead bug variation that I call the karate chop plus a bicycle version if you need to up the difficulty!
1. Lay flat on your back with your legs at 90 degrees and hold a resistance band with tension between your hands
2. Then your partner will begin to “karate chop” the resistance band
3. Keep your back firmly pressed into the ground
If you want to up the intensity level, then you can begin to cycle your legs like you’re riding a bike but make sure the back stays pressed into the ground.
