In this video, you will learn how to do the dead bug heel tap exercise plus I’ll show you a couple ways to progress the exercise.
1. Start flat on your back with your legs at 90 degrees and your arms straight up
2. Keep your back firmly pressed into the ground
3. Alternate tapping your heels to the ground
If you want to progress the exercise, you can wear leg weights and if you want to progress it further, you can hold a weight over your head. The further over your head you hold the weight, the harder the exercise will be.
