In this video, you will learn how to do a Bosu ball plank along with some fun variations by Dr. Brian Damhoff.

The Bosu ball can be used for many purposes and is very versatile when it comes to exercises. Some of my favorite exercises to do with it incorporate core and shoulder stability. In this video, I’ll demonstrate the following on a Bosu ball:

1. Regular Plank
2. Side-To-Side Plank
3. Tennis Ball Game (The most fun variation!)

For the last variation, you can use any sort of ball but usually a tennis ball is most handy. If you use a different type of ball, it may provide different challenges which could make it even more fun.
