1. Stand on a single leg on a stability pad
2. Pass a weight from one hand to the other in a circular motion
3. Once you go one direction, you can switch directions
You can play around with the surface or the weight to find the proper challenge for you. However, you may find it challenging enough without using a stability pad but this exercise is an easy way to work on single leg stability.
