In this video, you will learn how to foam roll your adductors.
1. Start by laying on your stomach with one leg frog-legged out
2. Orient the foam roller perpendicular to the leg that is frog-legged out
3. Then use your forearms and opposite leg to roll back and forth
You can do the full length of the adductor or you can focus more on one area if you find that something is sore but as always with foam rolling, it is important to not just mash the tissue.
