In this video, you will learn how to do the alligator variation of the Copenhagen Adduction Exercise (CAE).
1. Start in a side plank type position with your body in a straight line and your top leg on a chair
2. Raise your body up until there’s about a straight line with your legs and trunk
3. Raise your bottom leg up
4. When it connects to the top leg, squeeze like an alligator
In this video, I show the exercise using a chair but you could also use a bench or for even more of a challenge, you could use a TRX strap or have someone hold your leg.
