In this video, you will learn how to do the adductor Swiss ball squeeze.
1. Lay flat on your back
2. Place a Swiss ball between your knees
3. Squeeze the ball
The tough part about this exercise is the positioning of the ball. But, you can play around with it to find the optimal position for you so the ball stays put. The nice part about using the Swiss ball is that it allows for unlimited resistance to really get those adductors working. You can simply squeeze the ball for reps or you could do something like 3 sets of 10-second holds or even a 30-second isometric hold depending on what you are looking for.
