The adductor ball squeeze is an easy way to work the adductors with minimal equipment at home.

1. Lay on your back with knees bent
2. Place ball between knees
3. Squeeze the ball

The three variations I like the most are: 1. Isometric squeeze for 30 seconds 2. 10 seconds on 10 seconds off 3. 1, 2, 3-squeeze light at 1, harder at 2 and as hard as you can for 3 and then repeat
