Dynamic Greens: My Favorite Supplement

Dynamic Greens

Make no secret about it, there are a lot of supplements on the market. It can be hard to determine what is good, what is bad, what you actually need and what effect it can have on your health. Over the years, I have tried numerous supplements to try and determine what is good versus bad for myself. However, I almost always try to get my nutrition from food sources as opposed to supplements as this yields better results. However, there is one supplement that I have been taking for years and that I really like. That supplement is Dynamic Greens.

Now as a disclaimer, I don’t sell supplements in my office. I’m not terrifically fond of those in my profession that do so this blog is certainly not aimed at selling anything. So why Dynamic Greens? Basically it’s a super blast of fruits and vegetables that is easily mixed in water or smoothies and tastes terrific. It contains 20 servings of fruits and vegetables in one serving. According to their website Dynamic Greens also does the following:

• Great antioxidant formula
• Provides nutrients your body craves to maximize energy
• Promotes healthy immune function
• Helps alkalize the body and balance pH
• Contains digestive enzymes, probiotics, and fiber
• Provides detoxification for weight control
• Does NOT contain wheat, dairy, sugar, preservatives, MSG, stimulants or caffeine

I use Dynamic Greens in my morning shake. I’m not particularly found of mixing a lot of vegetables into my morning smoothies as my taste buds are not a fan. My personal recipe that I have every morning is:

• 8oz Filtered Water
• Strawberry Dynamic Greens
• Hemp Protein
• Organic Frozen Fruit Mix
• Organic Spinach

Is Dynamic Greens for you? That’s your decision! But, it works for me. I hardly ever get sick and I definitely have more energy in the mornings. Here’s a look at the full label:
